In the first quarter of 2021, France saw varying trends in the self-therapy and journaling app category. Data from Sensor Tower offers a closer look at the top five applications in this space.

RespiRelax+, despite generating no revenue, demonstrated a robust download trend, starting at 5.8K in the last week of December and peaking at nearly 11.3K in late March. Weekly active users (WAUs) showed a similar upward trend, from around 92K to over 111K in the same period.

Fabulous: Daily Habit Tracker saw its revenue fluctuate, starting at approximately $7K and reaching highs of $14K in early January. Downloads began at around 9.8K, dipped to 4.6K in early March, and then rose again to 7.4K by the end of the quarter. WAUs followed a somewhat stable pattern, hovering between 31K and 44K.

Daylio Journal - Daily Diary experienced modest revenue, with a notable spike to $1.7K in late February. Downloads saw a high of 3.8K in late December, which then fluctuated and ended at 1.8K. The app maintained a steady base of active users, ranging from 49K to 55K.

Productive - Habit Tracker revenue saw a decline from $1.3K to just over $1K, while downloads peaked at 3K in late December before rising again to 2.2K at the quarter's end. The app's WAUs decreased slightly from 12.7K to 10.5K.

Intellect: Create a Better You, which also had no reported revenue, started with downloads at 1.7K and ended the quarter with a slight decrease to 487. WAUs saw a consistent decline from 3.9K to just over 2K.
